The Parsec Awards Steering Committee are pleased to announce the winners of the 2011 Parsec Awards. The ceremony was held at Dragon*Con in Atlanta on September 3rd, co-hosted by musician/podcaster George Hrab and author/podcaster Christiana Ellis, with musical entertainment provided by Marc Gunn.
